Frostburg State University’s Vice President of Student Affairs has been recognized by The Daily Record, a publication that focuses on law and government. Dr. Artie Travis has been awarded as one of the inaugural “Veterans in Business and Law” winners. The award honors military veterans living and working in Maryland and in a senior leadership position at a company or firm. Dr. Travis previously served in the Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Communications for the 421st Medical Evacuation Air Ambulance Company.
