On January 1, 2022 the Cumberland Police Department served five arrest warrants on Tiffany Amber Zimmerman, age 34 of Hagerstown, MD.
Two warrants were for Violation of Probation. The original charges were for Theft, Theft Scheme and Credit Card related charges, in addition to CDS Paraphernalia and CDS Admin Equipment.
She was also served with a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for court on a Theft $100-$1,500 charge. Two additional warrants were also served for Theft $100-$1,500.
She was taken to Central Booking for her initial appearance with the District Court Commissioner and held without bond.
