After being canceled last year by the pandemic- the Harley Davidson Legends and Lore Rally is returning to Cumberland. The Harley Owners Group will be coming be in town Thursday through Sunday, June 24-27. Registered attendees are estimated to be 600 to 1,000 plus and consist of Harley Davidson owners from around the country and Canada. Riders will be riding to various locations in Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Evening events will be hosted by various businesses at Canal Place and downtown.
