On Saturday, April 13, 2024 at approximately 8:47 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to an establishment on E. Harrison Street for a trespassing complaint. Officers contacted the staff who reported that Paul Massamore was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Massamore had been contacted by police earlier and told not to cause any further disturbances. Officers contacted Massamore and placed him under arrest. He was transported to Central Booking where he is currently being held awaiting his initial appearance.

CHARGES: Trespassing: Private Property, Fail to Obey Reasonable/Lawful Order, Disorderly Conduct
