On Wednesday, July 5th, 2023, The Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Cameron Jamal Davis-Partee, 31, of Keyser WV. The summons was in reference to two hit and run incidents that occurred on June 13th, 2023, in the 200 block of Glenn St and the 90 block of Henderson Ave. During both incidents it is alleged that Davis-Partee had struck parked vehicles while operating a 2009 Nissan Passenger vehicle. The impacts caused obvious damage to each victim’s vehicle. During both incidents, Davis-Partee failed to contact police and fled the area. Witness and security camera footage was used to identify Davis Partee and the vehicle he was operating. Davis-Partee was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
