The annual Hooley Pub Crawl is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year on Saturday, March 16th from Noon to 2AM. There will be music, food, and drink specials at downtown Cumberland restaurants, bars and music venues. Patrons are prohibited from bringing their own coolers to the event. A special order from the Mayor and City Council will allow open containers for alcohol in designated areas. Some road and parking closures will also be in effect starting at Noon on Saturday.
