UPDATE: Fire Destroys Oldtown house

WCBC News has learned of a working house fire at 15506 Old Oldtown Road. The fire was reported at 4:26 AM Friday morning. Numerous fire companies on the scene.

Preliminary Cause: Under Investigation

Additional Information: Occupants were not living at the residence at the time of the fire.  The home is a total loss.  Anyone with information on this fire is asked to contact the State Fire Marshal's Office at 301-766-3888.

At approximately 6:45 a.m., a working house fire was reported in Oldtown on Opessa Street. Multiple crews are on the scene battling the blaze. WCBC News is following the story and will report on additional information as it becomes available.
