Maryland State Police arrested Maryland House Minority Leader Jason Buckel this past Thursday on charges including Driving Under the Influence and Driving on a Suspended license. The incident took place late Thursday night on Route 40 near Campground Road. Buckel received five citations as a result of the traffic stop. An initial hearing is scheduled for July 24.
