Housing sales saw a drop in the month of June, 18% lower overall than the same time last year.  According to the National Association of Realtors, there were 1.08 million homes for sale at the end of the month, representing a 3-month supply.  WCBC News spoke with Debbie Grimm, Manager/Agent for Perry Wellington Realty about the Cumberland housing market and she said the slow-down here is not because there is a shortage of listings…
