West Virginia Governor Jim Justice, during his latest coronavirus briefing, reported that he received an alarming text from Dr. Clay Marsh, the state’s top covid-19 pandemic adviser. Justice summarized by saying that with winter fast approaching- the situation is going to get worse before it gets better.
