There has been a visable lack of construction activity on the Rolling Mill project in the past month- and questions are starting to be raised about the status of the now eight year-old effort. Although discussions about developing a commercial plaza and shopping complex in the Rolling Mill district dates back to 2015- a formal groundbreaking wasn’t held until December of 2020- and to date only one building is partially completed.
