Lack of Western Maryland Vaccination Frustrating to Hogan

More than a year after COVID-19 shots became available in Maryland- Allegany and Garrett counties fully vaccinated populations remain below 50%. Respectively, Garrett and Allegany have the two lowest vaccination rates in the state. It is a point of both concern and frustration for Governor Larry Hogan who has overseen a COVID program with vaccination rates that are among the highest in the nation. While not signaling out Allegany or Garrett counties when commenting publicly,  Hogan routinely does make mention of those Marylanders who he says are ignoring the science…
