On June 4th, 2025 at approximately 10:48 p.m., an officer from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence on Lafayette Avenue for a reported trespassing. While at the residence, the officer observed Elias James Harr exiting the property. The officer then spoke with the complainant who advised that nobody was to be inside the property, and that the property had been conspicuously marked with "NO TRESPASSING" signs. The officer then ordered Harr to not return to the property. Harr failed to obey the order and walked back into the residence. Harr was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking where he is currently awaiting a bond review.
