Moore is the 8th declared Democratic candidate for governor in a group that includes Comptroller Peter Franchot, former Prince Georges County Executive Rushern Baker, former Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler, former U.S. Education Secretary John King, former Obama Administration official  Ashwani Jain, former Clinton Administration official Jon Baron and tech entrepreneur Michael Rosenbaum.
