Garrett and Preston County Law Enforcement continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a former Oakland man whose body was recently found in the Cheat River on May 20th in the area of the George Washington highway bridge. A autopsy led to the identification of the body a 44-year-old Thomas Harris, Jr. Authorities are asking for the public's assistant for additional information and the possible whereabouts of his 2007 Dodge Caliber with a Maryland registration of 8EZ1422.
