Let's Beautify Cumberland held its monthly meeting last night. While it may be too early to plant flowers, volunteers are preparing for a number of activities including the day of caring and sharing in spring, a Liberty Park fundraiser an improvements to the welcome to Cumberland signs throughout the area. Ed Mullaney spoke with WCBC news about Earth Day plans here in April for the Giarritta Park between Bedford and Frederick Street across from City Hall.
