The Allegany County Library System is launching their “Summer With Our Library” program on Wednesday at Hoffman Park in Frostburg. All area libraries will be closing early for the event. “We’re going to have face-painting, friendship bracelets, the story book stroll, and this year we’re going to have a special performance –we’re going to get a visit from Elephant and Piggy, and that’s the dynamic duo from some of the most popular children’s books that we have in the library.”
