WCBC News has learned that longtime businessman James Bauer, owner of Bauer Lumber, has passed away. Funeral arrangements have not been announced at this time. WCBC News will have more information as it becomes available.

Longtime retired businessman and community leader Leonard Scwhab passed away early Tuesday at the age of 90. Schwab and his brother Richard ran the family owned apparel design and marketing company for decades reaching its pinnacle in 1999 when Ralph Lauren awarded the entire children's wear license for boys' and girls' apparel to the S. Schwab Company for both the United States and many other countries around the world. In addition to overseeing the business, Leonard was actively involved in dozens of local service clubs and organizations and instrumental in many key projects coming to fruition.
