On Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at approximately 8:53 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 600 block of N. Centre Street for an indecent exposure complaint. A witness had observed a male subject urinating on the side of a building. Upon their arrival, police located the male subject in front of a business. The male was identified as Matthew Zink. After further investigation, Zink was issued a criminal citation for Disorderly Conduct and released pending trial at the District Court of Allegany County.
