On Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at approximately 6:10 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the first block of Grand Avenue for a disturbance. Upon their arrival, witnesses advised that Jesse Colosimo was in a verbal argument with another person. Officers attempted to speak with Colosimo, but he was uncooperative. Officers attempted to calm down Colosimo multiple times, but were unable to do so. There was a crowd of people standing across the street witnessing Colosimo’s behavior. Colosimo was placed under arrest and transported to the police station. He was issued criminal citations and released pending trial at District Court.

CHARGES: Disorderly Conduct, Annoy/Hinder City Employee
