A Keyser man has been arrested and charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing his brother over the weekend in Mineral County.  According to law enforcement, 67-year-old Michael Wayne Myers contacted 911 on May 18 to report that his brother had been shot and was dead. When dispatchers inquired whether the shooting was self-inflicted, Myers reportedly said he would explain the circumstances when authorities arrived.  Deputies from the Mineral County Sheriff's Office responded to the residence on Shaw Road, where both men reportedly lived. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim’s body near the front door on the porch. The victim appeared to have suffered a gunshot wound to the upper back, and blood was visible on the porch floor. No weapons were found in the immediate vicinity of the body.  Myers is being held at Potomac Highland Regional Jail.
