As of Thursday afternoon Democrat April McClain Delaney leads Republican Neil Parrott by 348 votes.  The two are competing for the seat currently held by Democrat David Trone, representing Maryland’s 6^th District in Congress.

In the Pennsylvania U.S. Senate race, Republican challenger Dave McCormick holds a 31,000 vote lead over incumbent Democrat Bob Casey.  Chances are strong there will be an automatic recount in such a tight race.
