Governor Moore and his administration closed a dark chapter on Wednesday with the additional payment of over $9 million dollars to 5,000-plus Maryland correctional workers for overtime that was stolen from them. Last summer, $13 million dollars was paid out for workers that had time cards tampered with, rounding down the time they actually worked.
