The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet in public session beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room of City Hall on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting to discuss Board and Commission appointments and to receive legal advice from the City Solicitor regarding the Rolling Mill Project and a contract with the CEDC. Authority to close the session is provided by Section 3-305(b)(1)(i) and (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
The Open Work Session will then begin at 5:00 in the second floor conference room.
The Mayor and City Council's regularly scheduled Public Meeting will be held at 6:15 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers.
