Callers to Dave Norman’s program on Wednesday morning were concerned about Maryland’s decision to shift state-funded coverage for prescription costs for its state retirees to other programs at the end of 2024. Retired employees are receiving letters saying they need to enroll in Medicare prescription programs for 2025, based on decisions made under Governor Martin O’Malley.
