A mistrial was declared on Thursday at Allegany County Circuit Court for a case involving Cumberland resident Cliff Lamont Green.  Green was on trial for charges involving trespassing on school grounds and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors, for events that occurred in August of 2022.  A hearing on the situation is scheduled in the coming weeks.
