“SNAP replacement benefits if people lost food as a result of power outages. Access to clothing closets, we also have food available, diapers, formula. We have different agencies coming through that are going to be there this week – the Maryland Insurance Administration as well as the MVA.”
As for donations, water is being accepted, and food should be taken to the Western Maryland Food Bank…
“We are prioritizing cash donations through the Cumberland Trust Foundation. There was a fund created called “Western Maryland Strong” because that allows those needs that can’t be met through other means such as state and federal support an avenue to be able to help residents.”
