National Night Out will be observed this coming Tuesday in South Cumberland. The annual event highlights law enforcement and community programs. .  A special free swim and movie night is planned for Monday starting at 6:30 at Constitution Park Pool. On Tuesday, the public is invited to 701 East First Street to see exhibits, demonstrations and meet law enforcement, council members and other community leaders.  WCBC will provide live reports from the event through the evening.
