WHY PACE?

Allegany and Garrett Counties join together to seek overall support for Western Maryland with members of the Maryland General Assembly and top government officials. Specific legislative requests and financial issues are presented. This cooperative effort showcases and advances our counties. This year outdoor recreation opportunities will be emphasized.

Allegany and Garrett Counties and other entities such as the Chamber of Commerce individually organize in-person meetings with key members of state government in Annapolis as part of the PACE effort.
