Page T Shanklin Sr. Owner of Page's Ice Cream Cumberland, Maryland has passed away. In April 1995 he and his wife opened Page's Ice Cream 1995. He served as the Exec VP CBIZ Insurance Services from 1975 -2012 and was a Asst Claims Supervisor with USF&G Insurance from 1966 to 1975. A Dental Corpsman with the US Navy from 1960 -1963 station at Norfolk, VA. Member Grand Line of Masons in 1990, Social Services Member of Queen City Lodge #131 Past Master Served in the Grand Lodge of Maryland as Grand Seward and Grand Inspector. Member of the LaVale and Oakland Lions club in 1972. Chairman Legislative Committee with Chamber of Commerce 1976, Served as a member of Allegany County MD. Shriners Hospitals for Children 1991, Member of Ali-Ghan Temple, Cumberland, MD and Garret County Economic Development in 1976.
