On Saturday, March 5, 2022, the Cumberland Police Department served a Garrett County District Court bench warrant on Hayden Yates. The warrant was issued as a result of Yates violating his probation. Yates was originally charged with Burglary-4th Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. Yates was arrested and transported to Central Booking. He was later taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance.

The warrant was issued as a result of Crosco violating her probation. Crosco was originally charged with Burglary-4th Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. Crosco was arrested and transported to Central Booking. She was later taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her personal recognizance.
