While Maryland Democrat Lawmakers scrambled to pass a replacement Congressional district map Wednesday, the legal battle is showing signs of heating up. Washington County Delegate Neil Parrott is the lead plaintiff in the case, and joined WCBC’s Dave Norman Program Wednesday for comment and analysis.
