A pedestrian was struck on US Route 220 near Barton Saturday evening.
The Joint Communications Center of Allegany County dispatched police, EMS and fire departments to the scene at around 7:30 PM.
The road was closed in the area for about an hour and a half.
We are awaiting a police report on the incident.
