WARRANT SERVICE
On Tuesday June 18, 2013, Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant on Chris Platter, age 28 of Cumberland. The warrant was issued as a result of Platter failing to follow his conditions of probation set forth by the Allegany County District Court for a previous Disorderly Conduct arrest. He was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. Platter was held on a $10,000.00 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
On Tuesday June 18, 2013, Cumberland City Police responded to the pedestrian shopping area of the downtown mall. Upon arrival officers met with a City Code Enforcement officer who observed Westley McClarren, age 32 of Cumberland acting in a disorderly manner in front of mall patrons. McClarren was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

Monday, January 9, 2012 @ 2:54 PM M/V Crash
Officers responded to the intersection of Bishop Walsh and Seton Dr. for a report of a M/V crash. Upon their arrival they contacted the operators of both vehicles who were identified as Philip Heatwole and Shelia Mathews. Investigation revealed that that the vehicle being driven by Heatwole was stopped at the stop sign on Bishop Walsh Rd.. Heatwole then pulled into the intersection of Seton Dr. into the path of the vehicle being operated by Mathews on Seton Dr. Mathews was unable to stop or avoid the collision with the vehicle being operated by Heatwole creating a “T-Bone” collision with the vehicles. Mathews was taken to the WMRMC by CFD ambulance for treatment of minor injuries. Heatwole was issued a citation for starting from a stopped position when unsafe and released. Both vehicles had extensive damage and had to be towed from the scene.

Charge: Bench Warrant Body Attachment
Skidmore was held in the ACDC without Bond.
Christopher Lee Kaylor Age: 24 W. First St., City
Charges: Disturbing the peace, Disturbing the peace loud noise
Kaylor was taken for a Bond Hearing and released on his personal recognizance.
