On Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021 at approximately 6:00 pm. the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of City View Terrance and Broadway Street for the report of a vehicle accident. When officers arrived, they observed a 2004 Volkswagen Golf on its roof. Officers spoke with the female driver who stated she over-corrected when she thought she was too close to the shoulder of the road. The 30-year-old Cumberland resident was transported to the UMPC Emergency Room with minor injuries. The driver was not cited.
