Police Serve Warrants Locally

On August 2nd, 2022, The Cumberland City Police arrested Samantha Jenine Louden, 30, of Cumberland MD. Louden was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court. The warrant alleges that Louden failed to obey the terms and conditions of her probation that stemmed from a previous charge of driving without a license. Louden was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.

On August 2nd, 2022, The Cumberland City Police arrested Teresa Jean Roy, 38, of Lavale MD. Roy was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court. The warrant alleges that Roy failed to obey the terms and conditions of her probation that stemmed from a previous charge of violating her pre-trial release conditions. Roy was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held on $2500 bond.

On August 2nd, 2022, The Cumberland City Police arrested Danielle Nicole Paige Weekley, 26, of Fisher WV. Weekley was arrested when it was discovered that she had an outstanding Arrest Warrant issued by the Hardy County WV Magistrate Court. The warrant charged Weekley with computer fraud and was found to be extraditable. As a result, Weekley was placed under arrest on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. Weekley was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where she awaits extradition to WV.
