About 3300 Customers of Potomac Edison are without power in the Keyser area this morning as the result of a reported transformer fire. That’s about half the town. Early estimates are to have power restored by noon today, but that could slide. Due to the outage Keyser Primary Middle School and the Vo-Tech Center are closed.
