The Mineral Tribune reports the West Virginia Department of Transportation has proposed the construction of a bridge over the railroad tracks into Keyser's North End as part of a new program, the Rail Crossings Elimination program. City administrator Jeff Broadwater said the project cost being mentioned is $20-$25 million. It is a steep price tag but Broadwater says funding might be available if all the parties continue to work together.
