The Mayor and City Council heard from Richard Reinhardt of Percy Public Affairs during their work session on Tuesday evening. Reinhardt worked with the City as well as the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, Allegany Museum, and Humpty Dumpty School to acquire funding from the Maryland Legislature in the 2023 session.
