“Some of these are state investments, some are federal, some are local, some are private, some are all of the above.  And I know we are getting ready to start a session in a few weeks about Virginia Avenue—I’m really interested in getting that corridor stabilized.  We’ll talk about the bridges, Will’s Mountain State Park, a lot of people are really excited about the River Park and what it could mean for Cumberland as the next big thing.”
