Public Radio Speaking Out On Cuts

Public radio stations are speaking out about the loss of federal funding from the recently passed rescission package. Over one billion dollars is being clawed back from the past two years of funding as well ending future funding. National Public Radio has warned that dozens of local stations could shut down entirely. Katherine Maher who heads NPR, said the stations want to continue broadcasting…
