On Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, officers with the Cumberland Police Department responded to a vacant residence in the 400 block of Pulaski St for the report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers observed an open exterior door on the property. During a subsequent search of the property, Lisa Flor Breiterman, 47, of Cumberland MD, was located inside. As a result, Breiterman was placed under arrest and transported for processing. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held on $10,000 bond.  

ARRESTED -  Lisa Flor Breiterman, 47yo.
CHARGES -  Burglary 4th Degree.
