On Saturday, Cumberland Police served a bench warrant on Adam O’Neal Stinbaugh.
The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial on November 12 for driving on a suspended license.
He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
Adam O’Neal Stinbaugh, age; 37, Ridgeley, West Virginia.
