On July 8,Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Chasity Lynn Kesner, age 26 of Ridgeley, West Virginia. Kesner was charged with one count of theft. Kesner was served with the warrant and taken before the District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. Kersner was released on her own personal recognizance.
Arrested: Chasity Lynn Kesner Age: 26 of Ridgeley, WV.
Charge: Theft less than $1,000.

June 13, 2015 Criminal Summons Served
On Friday Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Felicia Raye Deetz, age 42 of Ridgeley, West Virginia. The summons was issued after an investigation into the theft of medication that was reported to the Cumberland City Police on June 1, 2015. During an investigation into the matter officers were able to identify Deetz as the suspect who stole the victims medication from his residence located at 1315 Bedford Street in Cumberland, Maryland. Deetz was served with the summons and released pending her trial date in District Court.

Arrest Warrant Served
On Friday Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Crystal Renee Wilt, age 29 of Cumberland, Maryland. The warrant charges Wilt with theft less than $1,000 and issuing a false document. Wilt was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner. Wilt was held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $3,000.
