Every time you swipe a credit card for a purchase at a restaurant, you pay your bill. But did you realize the restaurant gets a bill for your bill? Now, those bills are set to go higher as both VISA and MasterCard have announced they will be increasing the fees merchants pay when they accept credit card payments.
