Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford says mandating vaccines for kids in Maryland is not the best move to make right now. Rutherford told WBAL that while the topic of COVID-19 vaccine mandates has been discussed by state officials, it is not being seriously considered. There have been parent protests in states that have implemented mandates- and Rutherford says he would anticipate a similar reaction in Maryland…
