Governor Wes Moore has appointed Betsy Fox Tolentino as acting Secretary of Maryland Department Juvenile Services after Vincent Schiraldi’s resignation.  State Senator Mike McKay is glad to see Tolentino’s appointment and believes it shows that Maryland is turning a page on juvenile justice…
