Arther Tejeno Bunbasi Jr., 25 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant for the following
charges: Malicious Destruction of Property, Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing the Peace; Disorderly Conduct.
He is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Thursday, February 22, 2024
Michael Anthony Hagenbuch, 31 of Short Gap, WV was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure
to Appear. His original charge is: Theft: $1,500 To Under $2,500. At the time of the arrest, CDS was found in
Mr. Hagenbuch's possession. Additional charges were subsequently filed including: CDS: Possess-Not
Cannabis and CDS: Poss-Paraphernalia He is being held without bond in this matter and will also be held on a
detainer due to a warrant out of Mineral County, WV. for Absconding.
Cassyopia Se-E Starr Schell, 29 of Cumberland, was served with a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of
Pretrial Release. Her original charges include: Rape 2nd Degree, Sex Offense 3rd Degree, Perverted Practice,
Sex Abuse Minor: House/Family. Schell is being held without bond in this matter.

Friday, February 23, 2024
Antoine Kelly Buckson, 34 of Baltimore, was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment including charges
for: Child Abuse 1st Degree: Resultig in Death under 13 years of age, Murder-2nd Degree, and Involuntary
Manslaughter He is being held without bond.
On 02/23/24 the Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit assisted Caroline County Detectives in serving a
Caroline County Circuit Court Warrant on Randy Lynn Ryan, of Little Orleans. The warrant was for Theft
Scheme. Ryan was transported back to Caroline County.
On 02/23/24 at approximately 3:10 PM, the Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit located William Jacob
Mongold, at a residence on Elder Street in South Cumberland. Mongold was wanted by the Allegany County
Sheriff’s Office on Circuit Bench Warrant and wanted by Cumberland Police Department on a District Court
Arrest Warrant for Robbery. The County Warrant Unit and Cumberland Police arrested Mongold without
incident. Cumberland Police served both warrants.
