Sheriff & State Police Warrant Arrests

The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants.
As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.
Wednesday, December 6, 2023
Charles Edward Bradshaw, 24 of Crum Lynn, PA and San Francisco, CA was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice for an open warrant out of Delaware County, PA. His charges include: Resisting Arrest, Fleeing and Eluding Police, Reckless Driving, and Driving on a Suspended License. He is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania.

Gabreilla Ann Keplinger, 34 of Barton, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Her original charge is: Theft: $100 To Under $1,500. She was released on her own recognizance.
Jeffrey Neil Paugh II, 36 of Rawlings, was served a Garrett County District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. His original charge was Driving on Suspended Driver's License, Knowingly Driving an Uninsured Vehicle, and Displaying Expired Registration Plate. He was released on a $1,000 Unsecured Personal Bond.

Bodine Jean Kelly, 40 of Oakland, was served a Garrett County District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Her original conviction was for CDS: Possession – Not Marijuana where she received a 1-year sentence with 11 months suspended and 18-months supervised probation. She is being held on a $2,500 bond pending a bond review in District Court.
Tanaz Antwon Taylor, 19 of Baltimore, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant while being detained at the Allegany County Detention Center. He was charged by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office with the following: 2 counts of CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, 2 counts of Possessing/Receiving CDS While Confined/Detained and 2 counts of Possession Contraband-Place of Confinement. The court commissioner released him on his own recognizance in this matter as he is being held without bond on other matters.
Keyari Everett Boykin, 18 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant at the Allegany County Detention Center where he is being held without bond in another matter. His new charges include: 3 counts of Possessing/Receiving a Weapon While Confined/Detained and 3 counts of Possession of Contraband-Place of Confinement. He is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.
