* WHAT…Snow. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western
  Grant County.

* WHEN…From noon Sunday to 1 AM EST Monday. The heaviest snow   is most likely between 4 and 9 PM Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Visibility will be reduced below one-half
  mile at times Sunday evening due to snow and blowing snow.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

steps, sidewalks, and driveways, which could be icy and slippery,
